An 11-year-old girl discovers immortality in “Tuck Everlasting,” 7:30 p.m. April 15, 16, 17 and 18 and 3 p.m. April 19, auditorium, Parkland High School, 2700 N. Cedar Crest Boulevard, Allentown.
The musical, with music by Chris Miller, lyrics by Nathan Tysen and book by Claudia Shear and Tim Federle, is based on the children’s novel, “Tuck Everlasting,” by Natalie Babbitt.
Parkland production director-vocal director Francis Anonia is assisted by choreographer Kelly Jean Graham, pit orchestra director Nate Diehl and technical director Damon Gelb.
The original 2016 Broadway production received one Tony Award nomination.
Production numbers include “Partner In Crime,” “Top of the World,” “Good Girl, Winnie Foster” and “Everything’s Golden.”
