Officers from the Salisbury Township Police Department, Allentown Police Department and Bethlehem Police Department responded to the south side of Bethlehem recently to assist Fountain Hill police after a felony pursuit took place.
The vehicle in question was believed to have had a stolen registration plate displayed on it and fled from Fountain Hill police before crashing on Cherokee Street in Bethlehem. The driver crashed the vehicle into another vehicle and was found hiding in an aquarium in a backyard.
A Fountain Hill police officer requested assistance after a large crowd of people gathered at the scene while he effected an arrest.
No officers were injured and the incident ended peacefully.
