A 16-year-old male, of Lower Macungie Township, was taken into custody after he allegedly assaulted a 54-year-old male and pushed him down a second-floor staircase at a location in the 2400 block of Danfield Way, Lower Macungie Township, 8:40 a.m. Feb. 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A wood chipper and new tongue receiver were removed from a property in the 5200 block of Shimerville Road between Jan. 3 and March 7. The total loss was valued at $1,872. Anyone with information concerning this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
A 2006 black Bri-Mar Manufacturing trailer was removed from a location in the 8000 block of Chestnut Hill Church Road, Lower Milford Township, between midnight Dec. 1 and 12:23 p.m. Dec. 26, 2019.
An 18-year-old male, of Macungie, allegedly removed two gift cards each valued at $200 while an employee at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, 10:23 p.m. Dec. 6, 2019, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The male allegedly provided the cards to an acquaintance without accepting payment for the cards.
An unknown person attempted to remove a catalytic converter from a 2002 Subaru parked in the 900 block of Cold Spring Road, Lower Macungie Township, Feb. 8. Anyone with information concerning this incident may contact Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville at 610-395-1438.
A 59-year-old male, of Easton and a 55-year-old male, of Reading, were cited for harassment after an altercation at a location in the 900 block of South Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:46 a.m. Jan. 26.
Two 13-year-old males were cited for harassment after Pennsylvania State Police responded to Lower Macungie Middle School, 6299 Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:31 p.m. Feb. 25. Video surveillance showed the males, both students at the school, throwing punches at each other in a school parking lot. Both students were suspended from school for three days.
One male and one female were seen placing items into a personal bag while at Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:09 p.m. March 2. They attempted to leave the store without paying for the items, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 27-year-old male, of Macungie, allegedly attempted to remove $120.34 worth of merchandise from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:33 a.m. Feb. 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Two suspects allegedly uploaded fraudulent checks through a mobile checking application totaling $9,349.67 to Gold Credit Union, 4703 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township between Jan. 8 and 10, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
