Samantha Hilbert, 23 and Deborah Ann Zinck, 29, both of Allentown and Cody Ray Witt, 26, of Catasauqua, were arrested Feb. 2 for alleged simple assault and harassment in an incident June 25, 2019, in the 100 block of West Berger Street, according to Emmaus police.

Mark Stephen Elwood, 20, of Perkasie, was arrested Feb. 14 for allegedly driving under the influence and a stop sign violation at the intersection of Macungie Avenue and North Street, according to Emmaus police. Elwood was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

An 18-year-old male, of Allentown, was arrested March 1 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana, expired registration and inspection in the 1300 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Mark Michael Charles, 44, of Center Valley, was arrested March 5 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police.

Seth David Gregory, 24, of Allentown was arrested March 7 for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia in the 500 block of Evergreen Street, according to Emmaus police.

An 18-year-old male, of Macungie, was arrested Feb. 24 for alleged disorderly conduct at Emmaus High School, 500 Macungie Ave., according to Emmaus police.
