The Woman’s Club of Whitehall Township named Nikki Dietz as Girl of the Month for February.

The daughter of Veronica Dietz of Whitehall, she has earned high honor roll during all high school marking periods.

Dietz is involved in Student Council; SADD, serving as president; Big Brothers/Big Sisters; and peer mentoring. She is also on the Whitehall High School track and field team.

She is a member of National Honor Society; the science, Spanish and English national honor societies; Mu Alpha Theta; and Lehigh University’s High School Scholars Program. She earned a Lehigh Valley DUI Highway Safety Task Force certificate of appreciation and an AP Scholar award.

She enjoys horseback riding and competes in shows. She is president of the 4-H Veterinary Science Club.

She is a volunteer with Lehigh County Humane Society and a participant with Communities That Care. She also works part time.

Dietz’s plans to attend college to major in neuroscience and then medical school to become a neurosurgeon.
