During the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) added two more LVHN Assess and Test locations, effective March 19, and expanded hours.

New Test and Assess locations

Saturday - Sunday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

- LVHN COVID-19 Assess and Test – Muhlenberg, 2604 Schoenersville Road, Bethlehem. 18017

Practice relocations

New Assess and Test Centers are spaces previously used by other practices. Here are the relocated practices and their new temporary locations:

- Family Medicine Muhlenberg (with integrated psychiatry practice), moved from 2604 Schoenersville Road to:

To provide greater access to coronavirus care in Luzerne and Schuylkill counties, LVHN COVID-19 Assess and Test locations in Hazleton and Cressona have added Saturday and Sunday hours, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Referrals

Individuals are referred to LVHN COVID-19 Assess and Test locations in a number of ways, including by their primary-care provider, if the patient has been pre-identified as having symptoms of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) when seeking care at an LVHN or Lehigh Valley Physician Group (LVPG) practice, or has been screened by:
