The spotlight on Lehigh Valley high school musicals continues and, although the road may be bumpy on the way to the 18th annual Freddy Awards, the Lehigh Valley Press Focus section continues its annual preview series.

Students and teachers put a lot of time, effort and money into their school theater productions. This is their time to shine. With school closings March 16-27, consult district websites about performance updates.

The 2020 Freddy Awards ceremony, scheduled for 7-10 p.m. May 21, State Theatre Center for the Arts, Easton, is to be telecast live on WFMZ and wfmz.com.
