Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville are asking for information concerning a shooting incident in the 6700 block of Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:24 a.m. March 13.
According to a media release, troopers responded to the area for a report of a shooting that had just occurred. Police did not find a suspect or victim at the scene and canvassed the area. The search located the victim at the intersection of Lower Macungie Road and Hamilton Boulevard. The victim did not want to cooperate with the police investigation, relating only he had been shot at by a “known subject.” The victim was not struck in the shooting incident.

A bus driver found a folding knife on a school bus at the end of a route March 6. Video footage was reviewed by school staff and the Lower Macungie Middle School student to whom the knife belonged was ascertained, according to police. An interview was conducted with the student and a parent of the student. The student was found not be a risk to himself or other students.
A resident of the 8500 block of Eberhard Road, Lower Milford Township, reported a wheat field was damaged by an older model Jeep Cherokee seen driving through the field and “doing donuts” 8:35 p.m. March 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The act is being investigated as an incident of agricultural vandalism.
A 40-year-old male, of Macungie, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after Pennsylvania State Police troopers received reports of a vehicle driving erratically and striking a road sign near Mountain Road and Chestnut Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:22 p.m. Jan. 31. The registration plate of the vehicle was provided and the registered owner was found to have just arrived at his residence after having driven home from a restaurant, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Johnnie Lee Williams Jr., of Alburtis, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of Chestnut Street and South Cedar Crest Boulevard in Emmaus borough 12:37 a.m. Feb. 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 19-year-old male, of Emmaus, allegedly was found to be driving under the influence of a controlled substance after police responded to the 1600 block of Red Oak Lane, Lower Macungie Township, 10:18 p.m. March 10 for the report of a suspicious vehicle in the area, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Michael A. Humanick, 36, of Slatington, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of Hamilton Boulevard and Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:07 a.m. Jan. 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police. A search of the vehicle allegedly revealed an illegal drug and drug paraphernalia in the front center console.
