Lehigh and Northampton County Master Watershed Stewards are presenting a Tap Talk on Coldwater Fisheries, 6:30-8 p.m. March 5 at Eight Oaks Farm Distillery, 7189 Route 309, New Tripoli.
Conservation Officer Zachary Rudd, of the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission will be the presenter.
Learn about the fish that call local cold-water fisheries home, how to properly identify fish and the habitats they live in, and angling techniques and the regulations that help protect these fascinating species.
Penn State Drinking Water and Pond Water Test Kits will be made available for participants.
Preregistration is encouraged. However, walk-ins are welcome.
