Union United Church of Christ, Neffs, has selected the theme, “Painting Ourselves in the Story” for the 8 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. Sunday worship services during Lent.
Throughout the Lenten period, the services will “freeze-frame” moments in Holy Week to enable people to place themselves “in the picture.”
The aim is to take a closer look at the ancient story to provide a deeper conviction for people today in its ongoing message.
