Our first book club meeting was a wonderful experience for all. The next meeting will be 6-6:30 p.m. March 24.
The March genre will be romance. You can read a fiction, nonfiction, historical romance, summer romance, western, sci-fi or a classic romance novel.
If you would like ideas to help you choose, ask other readers or the library staff.

Don’t miss out on game nights 5-7 p.m. Mondays. It’s a fun way to challenge your brain, especially if you try a new game or play one of our Scrabble experts.
We have a selection of available games, or participants may bring their own.
Let us know if you have suggestions for new games.
If you can’t come to game night, bring family or friends to the library during open hours and ask for one of the games we have - or bring your own. We have tables that will seat four.

The library’s next book and bake sale is scheduled for 11 a.m.-4 p.m. April 3 and 4.

See our donation guidelines at coplaypubliclibrary.org.
If you would like to donate baked goods, contact the library.

Explore where you can go with a library card. Getting a card is easy, and it’s free.
For those 18 and over, simply bring in your photo identification and proof of address and fill out a registration card.
For patrons 17 and under, you must bring a parent to the library. Your parent must show a photo ID and proof of address and will need to fill out the registration card for you.
Books, movies and e-books will then be yours for the asking. You’ll be on your way to exploring new horizons.
You will have access to all the materials in our library, plus the other 10 libraries in the Lehigh Carbon Library Cooperative (LCLC): Whitehall, Catasauqua, Dimmick, Emmaus, Lehighton, Lower Macungie, Palmerton, Parkland, Slatington and Southern Lehigh.
You can either go to one of these libraries, or you can request an item and it will be delivered to us. The delivery van operates Mondays through Saturdays.
Your card is good for one year and can be renewed by simply bringing your ID to the library.
Take care of your card - there is a small replacement charge for processing.

We have been enjoying springlike days, but some of our biggest snow falls or icy weather have come in March. While we make every effort to remain open, there will be times when it will be necessary to close the library for the safety of our patrons and staff. Follow us on the WFMZ Stormcenter and our Facebook page for any closings.
No fines are charged for any days we are closed or close early.
