Commitment to Family and Community, 165 Cherry St., will be holding a bingo event 2 p.m. March 8 to benefit the Whitehall-Coplay Hunger Initiative.
Doors open 1 p.m. The games begin 2 p.m.
A cash drawing is also part of the day.
Food and baked goods will be available to purchase.
Those planning to attend are asked to bring an item for the Snack Pack Pals program. A list of items needed can be found on the Facebook page, Whitehall-Coplay Hunger Initiative.

The BK Brawlers spaghetti dinner will be held 5-7:30 p.m. March 28 at Coplay Saengerbund, 205 S. Fifth St.
The menu includes all-you-can-eat spaghetti, meatballs and salad.
The bar will be open.
Advance tickets are available at the Saengerbund.

St. John’s Lutheran Church, 18 S. Third St., is hosting a halupki dinner March 28.
The dinner also includes mashed potatoes, applesauce, rolls and butter, desserts and beverages.
The event is open to the public.
