Northampton Community College

The Peacherine Ragtime Society Orchestra (PRSO) will perform at 7 p.m. March 14 at Lipkin Theatre, Kopecek Hall, 3835 Green Pond Road, Bethlehem Township. Among other venues, the PRSO has appeared at The Kennedy Center, Library of Congress and the American Film Institute.

This Lehigh Valley debut performance will include some selections with the Lehigh Valley Youth Chorus in partnership with NCC’s Horizons for Youth program. They include “Masters of Silent Comedy,” music that accompanied Charlie Chaplin’s The Rink (1916); Buster Keaton’s One Week (1920); and Laurel and Hardy’s Habeus Corpus (1928).

Campus Visit Days

Prospective students are invited to PSU-LV Campus Visit Days from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Fridays, March 6 and 20, April 3 and 24 and May 1 and 15.

The events provide college admissions process informational sessions. There will be full campus tours hosted by the Penn State Lehigh Valley Lion Ambassadors.
