While it looks like we’ve been spared a nasty winter, spring is still five weeks away.

Jacob’s Church, New Tripoli is having its annual fastnacht sale.

Choose from either a half-dozen or dozen plain or brown sugar/cinnamon.

Pick up fastnachts from 1-4 p.m. Feb. 22 or 8:30-10 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Feb. 23.

Living Stone Fellowship, New Tripoli, will have its monthly family and community get-together on March 14.

The free community meal will feature a ham and string bean dinner, followed by the feature movie “A Child of the King.”

The clothing closet at Ebenezer UCC, New Tripoli, will be open from 6-8 p.m. on March 12 and 10 a.m. to noon March 14.

Clothing is available for the entire family.

Take as much as is needed. Proof of need is not required.
