Officers checked on the welfare of a female in the 1800 block of Newport Avenue and on a male in the 1700 block of Main Street.

A hit and run took place in the 1300 block of Main Street. An open driver-side rear door of a legally parked vehicle was struck. The offending vehicle was dark blue. A passenger-side mirror was recovered at the scene.

Police conducted a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Main Street.

In the 2000 block of Main Street, a hit and run took place. The mirror of a legally parked vehicle was struck.

A domestic dispute between a male and a female occurred in the 1300 block of Main Street.

Officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of East Fourth Street.

Debit card fraud in the 500 block of East Ninth Street was investigated.

Police said a hit and run occurred in the 1200 block of Main Street. The driver-side mirror and windshield of a legally parked vehicle were damaged.

A suspicious male on East 16th Street was reported.

In the unit block of East 24th Street, officers responded to a civil matter.

An unattended death on Newport Avenue was investigated.

A juvenile problem in the 1800 block of Main Street occurred.

Police said a reportable accident involved two vehicles in the 1400 block of Main Street.
