A 66-year-old woman, of Breinigsville, allegedly under rang merchandise, including food, clothing and miscellaneous items, with a total value of $108.41 at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:14 p.m. Jan. 25, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Lauren Angela Heck, 39, of Breinigsville, allegedly removed women’s clothing, valued at $36.22; beauty items, valued at $109.87; kitchen utensils, valued at $30.25 and miscellaneous items, valued at $8.84, from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:52 a.m. Jan. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A female shopper exited Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 1:16 p.m. Jan. 12 without paying for all of the merchandise in her cart.
A 55-year-old male, of Whitehall, allegedly under-rang merchandise at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:16 p.m. Jan. 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Abbey Marycela Diaz, 34, of Hopatcong, N.J., allegedly repeatedly contacted a resident of the 7100 block of Hearth Lane, Lower Macungie Township, over a monthlong span in a harassing and annoying manner, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Diaz also allegedly contacted the Lower Macungie Township resident at her workplace and threatened to get her terminated. Police responded to the complaint Jan. 28.
