At the Jan. 22 Salisbury Township School District board meeting, directors approved a resolution to sell unused and unnecessary real estate at private sale.

The district owns three vacant parcels of land totaling approximately 48.88 acres situated adjacent to Emmaus Avenue and bordered by Honeysuckle Road to the west and Linda Lane to the east.

“The school district believes that the best price for the property can be obtained through a private sale,” according to the resolution. “The school district desires to offer the property at private sale as permitted by Section 707 of the school code.”
