Bernard Valle, 35, of Allentown, was allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 1700 block of East Susquehanna Street 4:30 a.m. Jan. 1, according to Salisbury police.
Kristi Lyn Lamm, 30, of Allentown, was allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Broadway, 2:51 a.m. Jan. 3, according to Salisbury police.
Maryann Higgins, 68, of Allentown, was allegedly driving under the influence after she was found unconscious in a vehicle along South 24th Street 7:50 p.m. Dec. 24, 2019, according to Salisbury police. She was transported to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest, according to police.
Christopher Michal Dellasala, 23, of Macungie, was allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 westbound 2:05 a.m. Jan. 11, according to Salisbury police.
Aaron Maldonado, 26, of Salisbury Township, was taken into custody for alleged simple assault after an incident in a Salisbury Township residence, according to Salisbury police. Maldonado allegedly threw a person to the ground and mentioned a knife before fleeing the area, according to police.
Ashley Lauren Malesky, 28, of Salisbury Township, allegedly was found to be in possession of drugs when police responded to Starbucks, South Mall, after store staff alerted police to an unconscious person in the coffee shop 10:52 a.m. Jan. 1, according to Salisbury police. A white substance tested positive for heroin, police said.
Britney Nicole Wright, 37, of New Castle, Cumberland County, allegedly was found to be in possession of drugs after an incident at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, overnight Jan. 2, according to Salisbury police. Wright allegedly called hospital security after she left her purse behind, police said.
Felipe Antonio Santos, 19, of Allentown, allegedly was found to be in possession of drugs after a traffic stop for an expired license plate in the 1600 block of Broadway 10:32 p.m. Jan. 8, according to Salisbury police.
Benjamin Bernard, 55, of Allentown, allegedly was found to be in possession of drugs after police were called to a residence in the 700 block of South Glenwood Street, 2:58 a.m. Jan. 20, according to Salisbury police. A search of the residence allegedly revealed cocaine and methamphetamine, police said.
Cole Caleb Schreffler, 28, of Hazleton, allegedly was found to be in possession of drugs after police were called to Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, 9:35 p.m. Jan. 19, according to Salisbury police. Schreffler allegedly had crystal methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, police said.
Megan Rose Maguschak, 27, of Beaver Meadows, allegedly was found to be in possession of drugs after police were called to the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest campus, 9:35 p.m. Jan. 19, according to Salisbury police. Maguschak allegedly had 12 tablets of a prescription drug not issued to her, according to Salisbury police.
A resident of the 1700 block of Victoria Circle reported two impacts from BB pellets in the window of a front door overnight Jan. 20.
Two males removed more than $9,400 in merchandise from Weil Clocks, 2200 31st St. SW. According to Salisbury police, the men entered a locked display case and removed a sterling silver tea set valued at $3,950, six silver dinner forks valued at $2,370, a 24 piece flatware set valued at $1,900 and $1,200 in other miscellaneous items around 5 p.m. Jan. 15. The men were observed removing the items in a review of surveillance footage. The investigation continues, according to police.
