The firefighters of the Laurel Fire Company will host an all-you-can-eat breakfast 8 a.m.-noon Feb. 9 at the station, 5114 Third St., Cementon.

The public is invited to this fundraiser breakfast. Children under the age of 4 eat for free, and there is a reduced rate for ages 4-12.

Looking ahead, the fire company will be hosting an Easter ham raffle 2-4 p.m. March 22.

Mark your calendar: Egypt Memorial Park is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year. The annual festival will be May 30, with a noon parade and music by Steel Creek and The Aardvarks.

Also, to celebrate the anniversary, a barbecue chicken bake will be held in September. Keep an eye out for more information about this event.
