Good Will Fire Company No. 1, 7723 Hamilton Blvd., Trexlertown, will be cooking up breakfast from 8 a.m. from 12:30 p.m. Feb. 9.
Meal includes two eggs cooked to order, one to three pancakes, two choices of meats - sausage, ham, bacon or mackerel - toast, coffee, orange juice and water.

Parkland Community Library, 4422 Walbert Ave., South Whitehall, is hosting a take your child to the library day for all ages 10 a.m. Feb. 1.
Go on a scavenger hunt, read some exciting books, and show off your library card with fun props at the photo booth anytime during the day.
Llama story time for children ages 2 and older will be offered from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Feb. 1.
There will be stories, songs and Anna Dewdney’s beloved picture book character will also make a special appearance.
Library staff will be showing the movie “Yesterday” for adults 1 p.m. Feb. 3 and 7.
Toddler story time for children ages 18 months to 3 years old is scheduled for 10:30-11 a.m. Feb. 4, 5, 11 and 12.
Enjoy stories, songs and rhymes during this story.
Preschool story time for kids ages 3-5 will be offered 1:30-2:30 p.m. on Feb 5, 6, 12 and 13.
Come and meet new friends while enjoying stories, songs, and a craft project.
The library’s Tinkerlab: Candy Grabber program will take place 6:30-7:30 p.m. Feb. 6.
Kids in grades three through fifth will work individually or in small groups to use the engineering design process to create a candy grabber, then test it out.
Pajama Storytime for children ages 6 and under with an adult is scheduled for 6:30-7:30 p.m. Feb. 13. Wear your pajamas or come as you are and bring the family for evening story time at the library.
A Teen Dragons and Dungeon Night for kid’s in grades seven through 12 is scheduled for 6-8 p.m. Feb. 10.
All levels of players are welcome to attend.

Upper Macungie Township, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Game Commission, is hosting a hunter trapper education course 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 16 at the municipal building, 8330 Schantz Road, Breinigsville.
All participants must be 12 years or older and need to pass this course to obtain a state hunting license.
Course materials include student manuals, exams, patches, certification cards and a current copy of Hunter/Trapper Digest.
This course is free but attendees must register.
A Safe Sitter one-day “The Essential” course run by Safe Sitter Certified Instructors from The Nanny Loft LLC will be offered 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the municipal building.
This course is designed to prepare students to be safe home alone or baby-sitting.
The per student fee includes a 60-minute introduction to CPR along with the safety, childcare, first aid and rescue and life and business skills.
Students will receive a bag with manual, flashlight, Band-Aid kit, emergency notepad, snacks and water.
Student need to provide their own lunch.
