Swimming in the winter is available for borough residents at the Whitehall High School pool.

Swim nights are Mondays and Wednesdays. Families swim 7-8 p.m., and adults swim 8-9 p.m.

Borough police are reminding motorists the grace period for the new stop signs on the Coplay-Northampton Bridge is ending.

Starting Feb. 1, tickets will be issued for violations.

Coplay Lions Club will hold its 33rd annual Super Bowl breakfast buffet 7:30-11:30 a.m. Feb. 2 at Coplay Saengerbund, 205 S. Fifth St.

There is a cost. Children under the age of 5 eat for free.

American Club of Coplay is making plans for its annual music fundraiser, which will be held in March.
