Police conducted a welfare check on a female in the 1700 block of Main Street.

Officers investigated a protection-from-abuse violation in the 900 block of Lincoln Avenue.

A disturbance in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue was reported.

A domestic dispute between a male and a female occurred in the 1300 block of Newport Avenue.

Sgt. Michael Buchanan and K-9 Vito assisted North Catasauqua police during a traffic stop at Grape Street and Almond Alley.

Suspicious activity in the 1800 block of Washington Avenue was reported.

In the 900 block of Main Street, the catalytic converter of a legally parked vehicle was sawed almost completely off.

Police conducted a welfare check on a male in the 2000 block of Center Street and on a female in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 1600 and 2300 blocks of Main Street.

In the 1600 block of Newport Avenue, police investigated a noise complaint.

A civil matter in the 1700 block of Main Street was reported.

Police investigated a disturbance in the 2600 block of Main Street.

In the 1300 block of Washington Avenue, police responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle.

Department members investigated an identification fraud case in the 500 block of Washington Avenue.

In the 1600 block of Newport Avenue, a civil issue occurred.

Police checked on the welfare of a female in the 2300 block of Main Street and on a male at Main and West 23rd streets.

A juvenile problem at Canal and West 14th streets was reported.

In the 1000 and 1900 blocks of Main Street, a disturbance was investigated.

At Cherryville Road and West 26th Street, a domestic dispute between a male and a female took place.

Police assisted North Catasauqua officers with a traffic stop at Howertown Road and Sipos Drive.

In the 100 block of East Second Street, a domestic dispute between two males and a female occurred.

Traffic stops were performed in the 100 block of East 10th Street and in the 2000 block of Main Street.

A male assaulting another male in the 2000 block of Main Street was reported.

Police investigated a report of a juvenile issue in the 1000 block of Main Street.

In the 1300 block of Vienna Street, a custody issue took place.

Traffic stops were conducted in the 2100 block of Dewey Avenue and at Horwith Drive and Clear Springs Drive.

Officers responded to a neighbor complaint in the 1300 block of Stewart Street.

JAN. 11

A domestic dispute between a male and a female took place in the 500 block of Apple Street.

A report of a barking dog in the 2600 block of Main Street was investigated.

Christmas lights were reportedly taken from a residence in the 500 block of East Fourth Street, police said.

A traffic stop was conducted in the 2200 block of Siegfried Avenue.

Domestic disputes between a male and a female took place in the 700 block of Washington Avenue and in the 1700 block of Main Street.

A suspicious male in the 1800 block of Lincoln Avenue was reported.

In the 200 block of West 26th Street, police investigated a civil matter.

The department received a report of a suspicious vehicle on West 21st Street.

Police checked on the welfare of a male in the 700 block of East 18th Street.

An overdose took place in the 400 block of East 11th Street, the report said.
