Dennis D. Kisthart, of Catasauqua, died Jan. 15, 2020, at home. He was the husband of Judy Kisthart.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran and served two tours in Vietnam.

He was president of Lehigh Valley Fireworks.

He was a member of the International Society of Explosives. He was a past commander of the Catasauqua American Legion Post 215.

He participated in the J4 Celebrations and at the Catasauqua Fire Department.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Tammy McKenna with two children, Jennifer Oldt and Kristine Kisthart; six grandchildren including Ashley, Jacob, Chloe and Riley; and two sisters, Judy Kisthart and Becky Wagner.

He was predeceased by a son, Bradley; and a daughter, Pamela.

Services are private.
