Animals are available for adoption at the Center for Animal Health & Welfare no-kill shelter, 1165 Island Park Road, Easton. The shelter is working to end pet overpopulation by running a clinic so animals can be spayed or neutered before they go home. For more information, call 610-252-7722 or visit

Norton is a 6-year-old Terrier mix. Adopted as a puppy, he lived in a home for five years before being surrendered back to the shelter through no fault of his own. Norton is a cuddle bug who thinks he is a lap dog. He is having a hard time adjusting back to shelter life, but once Norton makes a new friend, he is sweet and gentle.
