STUDENT OF THE WEEK

Q. Who are the members of your family: parents, siblings and pets?

A. My family members include my mom, dad, sister Sarah, brother-in-law Kody, brother Christian and my two dogs, Marnie and Miley.

Q. What do you most enjoy about being a senior at Salisbury High School?

A. Something I enjoy most about being a senior is having senior privileges and also just knowing that I’ve come this far and soon to graduate.

Q. What is your favorite subject? Why?

A. I wouldn’t necessarily say I have a favorite subject, but two of the classes I enjoyed the most were honors anatomy and honors English.

Q. Have you received any special awards or recognition?

A. I have been inducted into National Honor Society and named co-captain of our cheerleading team this year.

Q. What are your favorite extracurricular activities?

A. My favorite extracurricular activities include cheerleading and dance. This year is my 12th year of dance and 11th year of cheerleading. I am also a member of class advisory and No Place For Hate.

Q. What is your next goal after high school?

A. My next goal after high school is to attend Northampton Community College for their dental hygiene program.

Q. What do you consider your biggest challenge to date?

A. My biggest challenge to date would be preparing for college and life lessons ahead.

Q. For what would you like to be remembered?

A. I would like to be remembered as a hard worker by my teachers and a kind person by my peers.

Q. Whom do you admire? Why?

A. I admire my parents for teaching me to be a kind person and hardworking.

Q. Do you have any advice for your peers?

A. My advice for my peers would be to have good time management. Learning to manage your time between school and extracurricular activities is key for maintaining good grades.
