Joyful giving! Requests for baked goods for the Allentown Soup Kitchen are being made for Jan. 13.
Any kind of dessert or baked goods made with chocolate will be thankfully accepted and may be dropped off in Heidelberg Church’s Fellowship Hall 6-7 p.m.
To find out more about helping at the soup kitchen, call Linda Hausamann at 610-767-5281.
With the soup kitchen in mind, Heidelberg Church is also collecting small packages of tissues for the next three months to hand out to those in need at the soup kitchen.
Folks wishing to donate tissues may place them in the box in the narthex. If you would like to contribute but don’t have the time to shop for tissues, contact Robin Koch at 610-767-6859.
