A 35-year-old male, of Emmaus, was cited for alleged harassment after an incident at Big Woody’s Sports Bar and Restaurant, 3941 Chestnut St., Upper Milford Township, Dec. 19, 2019.

A 42-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after she allegedly removed miscellaneous merchandise valued at $89.55 from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:27 p.m. Dec. 22, 2019. According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the woman under rang the merchandise.

A 30-year-old female, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft after she allegedly failed to scan $136.10 worth of merchandise at a self-checkout terminal at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:25 p.m. Dec. 23, 2019, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 55-year-old female, of Topton, was charged with retail theft after she allegedly failed to scan $117.64 worth of merchandise at a self-checkout terminal at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 11:16 a.m. Dec. 17, 2019. A store loss prevention manager attempted to detain the woman as she fled the store in her vehicle. She was stopped by Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville and returned to Walmart.

Cameron Shane Pauley, 26, of Reading, allegedly was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a trooper was dispatched for an accident to the intersection of U. S. Route 222 North and North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:35 p.m. Nov. 6, 2019, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

An 18-year-old female, of Emmaus, was charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia after police conducted a traffic stop at Indian Creek Road and Jasper Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:51 a.m. Dec. 12, 2019.

Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to QNB Bank, 950 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:18 a.m. Dec. 4, 2019, for the seventh false fault alarm automatic activation within a 12-month period.

A 39-year-old resident, of Poppy Drive, Lower Macungie Township, reported a scam that occurred through a classifieds website 7:42 a.m. Nov. 25, 2019. The resident posted an item valued at $250. Someone sent a check for $1,780, which the resident did not know was a bad check. The suspect then told the resident he was no longer interested in the item for sale and had the resident send him $1,710 through an app.

Miguel Angel Hernandez, 38, of Bethlehem, was taken into custody for theft and related charges after he allegedly removed a credit card from one wallet and $100 cash from a second wallet at a residence in the 5200 block of Wheatland Drive, Upper Milford Township, 5:30 p.m. Dec. 26, 2019, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Hernandez then allegedly used the credit card to purchase an Apple iPad valued at $499.99 and a $200 Visa gift card at a Target store. He then allegedly used the credit card to buy two pizzas for $34.69 and forged the card holder’s signature on the receipt for the food. Hernandez was transported to the Lehigh County Booking Center.

A trailer valued at $800 was removed from in front of a residence in the 2300 block of Bridle Path Lane, Lower Milford Township, between 11 a.m. Dec. 13 and 9:16 a.m. Dec. 17, 2019.

An unknown male actor took $100 from a register at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, noon Dec. 13, 2019. Anyone with information may contact Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 19-year-old male, of Pennsburg, was slightly hurt when his vehicle overturned in a one-vehicle accident along Kings Highway, Lower Milford Township, 8:33 a.m. Dec. 10, 2019.

According to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, the driver was traveling southbound on Kings Highway when he lost control, exited the roadway and struck a tree before landing upside down facing south.

Detwiler Towing also responded to the accident.

According to police, the driver sustained minor injuries and was not transported to a hospital.
