Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville troopers responded to Lower Macungie Middle School, 6299 Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, after a 12-year-old male, of Emmaus, allegedly was found to have brought a knife to school in a backpack 11 a.m. Dec. 19, 2019.
Angelique Marie Schuler, 25, of Allentown, allegedly altered price tags of multiple miscellaneous clothing, household items and children’s toys by placing price tags of lesser value over original price tags at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:41 p.m. Dec. 23, 2019, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Schuler also allegedly provided false identification to police during the investigation, according to police. The total amount stolen was $299.63, police said.
A 38-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly removed various merchandise with a total value $210.76 from Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:25 p.m. Dec. 24, 2019. The woman was seen placing children’s clothing and other merchandise into a green bag and leaving the store without paying for the merchandise.
Marcus Fitzgerald McCree, 46, of Macungie, was placed under arrest for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of Sauerkraut Road and Iris Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:47 p.m. Nov. 2, 2019, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Timothy Patrick McEvoy, 40, of Breinigsville, was allegedly found to be driving under the influence after a traffic stop along U.S. Route 100 at Schoeneck Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:14 a.m. Nov. 22, 2019, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
