Kelsey Erin Powell, 32, of Bethlehem, was arrested Nov. 9, 2019, for allegedly driving under the influence in the 100 block of Main Street, according to Emmaus Police. Powell was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Todd L. Carlier, 50, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 23, 2019, for allegedly driving under the influence and careless driving in the 300 block of Minor Street, according to Emmaus police. Carlier was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Jane Esther Baker, 59, of Allentown, was arrested Nov. 23, 2019, for allegedly driving under the influence in the 300 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. Baker was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Joseph G. Binder, 28, of Emmaus, was arrested Nov. 24, 2019, for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along South Seventh Street, according to Emmaus police. Binder was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Miguel Estuardo Rodriguez Toj, 25, of Allentown, was arrested Dec. 14, 2019, for alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana in the 300 block of Alpine Street, according to Emmaus police.

An unknown person removed a box containing two games valued at $40 from a porch. The theft was reported Dec. 15, 2019, in the 500 block of North Third Street.
