A resident in the 1700 block of South Albert Street told police she received a call from someone saying they were with Amazon, demanding payment and directing her to a fraudulent website. The caller took $335 and other charges are pending. The fraud was reported 8:43 p.m. Nov. 29.

The friend of a resident in the 1300 block of Marlow Street suggested she text a number for a federal grant. In order to accomplish this, she was told to go to Walmart and buy gift cards. The resident did not do this. The scam was reported 12:42 p.m. Nov. 30.

Deon Wright, 23, of Bethlehem, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana following a traffic stop at the intersection of East Emmaus Avenue and Seidersville Road 1:07 a.m. Nov. 30. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Tyler Owens, 27, of Pennsburg, was charged with alleged possession of a small amount of marijuana following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of South Cedar Crest Boulevard 2:25 p.m. Dec. 4. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

Sabwa Sula, 44, of Bethlehem, was charged with alleged simple assault following an argument in the 700 block of Mortimer Street 8:05 p.m. Nov. 30. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

A 14-year-old Salisbury Middle School student is facing charges following an assault at Salisbury Middle School 8:30 a.m. Dec. 9. The student received school consequences as well.

Frederick Mateo, 24, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly driving while under the influence following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of East Susquehanna Street 4:36 a.m. Dec. 1. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.

An 11-year-old male student and a 12-year-old male student were found fighting in a hallway at Salisbury Middle School 11:13 a.m. Dec. 3. They both received school consequences.

A 14-year-old female student who attends Salisbury Middle School came off the bus 2:45 p.m. Dec. 3 with her hand bleeding. The student allegedly tried to pull a window to shake the bus and the window shattered. The student will be referred to the Community Justice Panel.

Two bathroom doors at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest were found covered with graffiti 10 a.m. Dec. 11. Damage to the doors is $200. Police and hospital personnel have identified the person and a warrant has been issued.

A female customer was having her nails done at Le Spa, 3145 Lehigh St., when two females entered the building and attacked the victim and took her purse. The Michael Kors purse, valued at $300, contained a Vera Bradley wallet valued at $50 and AirPods.

Police are investigating a series of threats directed to a resident in the 1900 block of Duffield Court. The latest texts were reported 1:30 p.m. Dec. 4.

A 13-year-old male and a 12-year-old male were involved in a fight at the Salisbury Middle School library 1:50 p.m. Dec. 5. One student received a police citation.

A resident in the 1200 block of Constitution Drive reported hearing shots fired 9:04 p.m. Dec. 5. Nothing was found by police.

Shots were reportedly heard in the 1200 block of Constitution Drive 9:51 p.m. Dec. 7. Police found shell casings on the road.

A resident in the 1700 block of South Albert Street reported someone entered a vehicle on the property and removed loose change and a VISA card. The incident was reported 6:10 p.m. Dec. 6.

K-9 Miklo was called to assist with a traffic stop in Lower Saucon to search for drugs 10 p.m. Dec. 10.

A suspect was found entering vehicles at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest 10 a.m. Dec. 11. Police are reviewing video.
