Crowds packed the annual craft fair at Northampton Community College’s Arthur L. Spartan Center Nov. 9. One of the largest fairs in Pennsylvania, more than 100 crafters exhibited their goods, many home made. Among the items on sale were toys, Christmas ornaments, handcrafted jewelry, eye-catching quilts, colorful potholders, glassware, pocketbooks, knitted hats with pompoms, mugs, dog collars, and condiments including jams, five different mustards, and peach/pecan/amaretto preserve. Visitors who needed refreshment could purchase hot dogs with all the fixings, beverages, and other items before resuming their shopping.
