Q. What do you most enjoy about being a senior?

A. I like spending time with my friends.

Q. What is your favorite subject? Why?

A. My favorite subject is math. I like this subject because math problems are like puzzles. I like putting the pieces together to solve a problem.

A. My biggest challenge so far is coping with the death of one of my closest friends last year from osteosarcoma. He and I were very close and he taught me how to face challenges with positivity and without fear.

Q. For what would you like to be remembered?

A. I want to be remembered as someone who persevered and who took risks.

Q. Whom do you admire? Why?

A. I admired my grandfather, Harry Seybolt, who passed away several years ago. He was a judge who was fair, kind and knowledgeable. He treated everyone with dignity and respect. He also had a great sense of humor. I was very close to him.

Q. Do you have any advice for your peers?

A. I would tell my peers to take risks, see challenges as opportunities and to enjoy each moment in life.
