A resident in the 2800 block of Honeysuckle Road reported 9:45 a.m. Nov. 7, unknown person removed money orders from the mailbox which never made it to the creditors. Police are investigating.
A package was reported stolen from a home in the 300 block of East Emmaus Avenue 8:12 a.m. Nov. 11. The package was valued at approximately $84.
Randy Pursel Jr., 39, of Macungie, was charged with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief 6:41 p.m. Nov. 18. He allegedly was a repeat customer of video poker games at the Shell Quick Stop, 1132 S. Cedar Crest Blvd. He allegedly hit the machine and pried open the front, removing $1,602.
A student at Salisbury Middle School told police someone used his account to buy a video game 10 a.m. Nov. 18. The guilty student received school consequences.
A resident at Legacy Place Cottages, 2051 Bevin Drive, reported 1:42 p.m. Nov. 8, an unknown person removed $300. Police are investigating.
A 36-year-old man, of New Tripoli, was charged with summary disorderly conduct after allegedly fighting with security personnel at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 5:08 p.m. Nov. 9.
Chris Wilson, 66, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly driving while under the influence, driving within the lane and driving at a safe speed following a traffic stop in the 1700 block of East Susquehanna Street 2:35 a.m. Nov. 9. Wilson was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Monique Rios, 42, of Bethlehem, was charged with allegedly driving while under the influence, speeding and failure to drive within lane following a traffic stop in the 1700 block of East Susquehanna Street 1:38 a.m. Nov. 10. Rios was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Adewale Dosunmu, 24, of Allentown, was charged with allegedly driving while under the influence and speeding following a traffic stop in the 700 block of East Emmaus Avenue 3:16 a.m. Nov. 10. Dosunmu was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Salisbury police were called to Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest, 3:43 a.m. Nov. 10 for the report of a shooting victim. The male had a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the leg and told police it happened at a Taft Avenue home. Later, he admitted it happened in South Whitehall.
An unknown person knocked over and broke a light pole in the front yard of a home in the 300 block of East Montgomery Street. The incident was reported 12:45 p.m. Nov. 11.
A student at Salisbury Middle School damaged his school provided laptop because he was bored 1:45 p.m. Nov. 11. The student received school consequences.
An unknown person smashed a front driver’s side window of a vehicle in the 1700 block of South Albert Street. The incident was reported 11:10 a.m. Nov. 14.
A Chevrolet Trex was keyed overnight along the left quarter panel and reported 1:54 p.m. Nov. 18. The vehicle was parked in the 1600 block of Broadway.
A resident told police 8:21 a.m. Nov. 11 a hunter was too close to residences in the 2600 block of Bridgets Way.
Police are reviewing video to identify the person who stole $60 worth of Magic the Gathering cards from GameStop, 3300 Lehigh St. The theft was reported 12:51 p.m. Nov. 12; however, the theft happened Oct. 28. Police are investigating.
Ruth Solivan, 39, of Allentown, was charged with retail theft and resisting arrest after allegedly removing items from the pharmacy at Lehigh Valley Health Network - Cedar Crest without paying for the items. The theft was reported 10 a.m. Nov. 14. The items taken valued $511.58.
A resident in the 700 block of East Montgomery Street told police 1:50 p.m. Nov. 13, an unknown person from Chicago opened a Comcast account in the amount of $654.86 in the resident’s name.
An unknown person broke a front passenger side window of a vehicle parked in the 1700 block of South Albert Street and removed a car camera. The incident was reported 9:05 a.m. Nov. 14.
Jeremy Hottel, 36, of Salisbury, was charged with alleged possession of drugs 9:06 a.m. Nov. 14 after the sheriff served a warrant on another matter. He was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Sarah Strain, 29, of Salisbury, was charged with possession of drugs 9:06 a.m. Nov. 14. She was taken to Central Booking for processing.
Salisbury police were at the Arts Academy Charter Middle School, 1610 E. Emmaus Ave., 6:45 a.m. Nov. 15, following a general threat made of a school shooting.
Salisbury police received a report of a man walking along Lehigh Street with a rifle 12:35 p.m. Nov. 17. The man was carrying a plastic air soft rifle which he said he found several blocks away. Police took the soft rifle.
Police are investigating the report of a Salisbury Middle School student being bullied on the bus by two other students. The report was received 7:45 a.m. Nov. 18.
