The Vine Church’s Pastor Adam Kern reports his church will lead the 10 a.m. worship service every week at Agape New Testament Fellowship Church, Route 873, Schnecksville.

“Our leadership team felt this was the best way we could make an impact on the community,” Kern said. “It’s good news for both of us.”

The Vine Church began meeting in Schnecksville at the grange hall about three years ago and more recently Sunday evenings at Agape.

Kern said he is glad to have a Sunday morning worship time.

The service includes contemporary music and a unique verse-by-verse, chapter-by-chapter study of the Bible, the pastor said.

The 2020 Save Around/Enjoy the City books are available for purchase at Parkland Community Library.

The books include coupons for shopping and dining sites, plus attractions such as the Lehigh Valley Zoo, Knoebel’s, the Crayola Experience, and Allentown Art Museum.

All profits from this fundraising project are used to support library services.

This year’s book has been expanded to include coupons for both local and national stores and restaurants. A new section offers family and child-friendly coupons.

Editions of this book are available for locations outside this area which could be used as gifts for friends or family living elsewhere.

The Friends of Parkland Community Library suggest these books make great presents for any occasions.

Stop at the library, or call Lorna at 610-395-4881 for more information.
