At Catasauqua High School, 2500 W. Bullshead Road, a 14-year-old female, of Allentown, was cited for physical harassment and contact.

Police said a vehicle was ticketed in the 100 block of Front Street.

In the 100 block of Howertown Road, a hit and run to a parked vehicle occurred.

Money was stolen from an unlocked car in the 400 block of Front Street, the department said.

Two vehicles were involved in a reportable motor vehicle accident.

Police sought vehicle repossession information in the 200 block of Church Street.

A juvenile complaint at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School was handled in school.

Officers sought information regarding a threat at Catasauqua High School.

Douglas Brotzman, 43, of Allentown, was arrested for strangulation, simple assault and physical harassment and contact.

A driver was cited and the vehicle towed in the 200 block of Wood Street.

A road rage incident took place in the 1000 block of Race Street.

Police investigated a Social Security fraud case in the 200 block of High Street.

Windows were broken at St. Mary’s Church, 122 Union St., the report said.

A parking complaint in the 300 block of Church Street was filed with the department. The report said children were in the car. The owner was located.
