MAINGATE:

Allentown native Alex Meixner, ArtsQuest 2019 Linny Award-winning Performer of the Year, will be honored 6 - 8:30 p.m. Nov. 15, MainGate nightclub, 17th and Liberty streets, Allentown.

There will be food, dancing and music.

The event kicks off at 6 p.m. with a performance by The Main Street Cruisers, followed by a performance by Meixner.

Attendees will hear about programming planned for the 2020 Great Pennsylvania Music and Arts Celebration, Memorial Day Weekend, presented by the Pennsylvania Music Preservation Society, co-founded by Meixner.
