DeSales Seniors Morghan Shoemaker of Central and Cristal Fernandez of Whitehall and sophomore Audrey Wolfe were all honored recently being named to the All-MAC Freedom Team as announced by the conference office and as voted on by the eight MAC Freedom coaches.
Shoemaker earned First-Team honors while both Fernandez and Wolfe were named to the All-MAC Freedom Second-Team.
Shoemaker makes her fourth straight appearance on the All-Conference Team and her second appearance on the First-Team having also been named to the First-Team in 2016 as a freshman. She was Second-Team in 2017 and 2018. Shoemaker has enjoyed what is perhaps the best season of her career leading the team in kills (304) and hitting percentage (.313). She is also first on the team in total blocks with 94. Shoemaker ranks third in the MAC Freedom in hitting percentage, seventh in total kills, and second in total blocks.
Fernandez is making her first career appearance on the All-Conference team. She leads the team with 450 digs, averaging 5.06 digs per set. Fernandez ranks second in the MAC Freedom in both total digs and digs per set.
Wolfe earns All-Conference honors for the second straight year after also earning Second-Team accolades last season. She leads the team with 1,038 assists, averaging 9.35 helpers per set. Wolfe is also second on the team with 32 service aces, second with 264 digs, and third with 49 total blocks. She ranks second in total assists in the MAC Freedom.
