A Lower Milford Township man was fatally injured in a one-vehicle accident Oct. 24 in Lower Milford Township.
Paul J. Loudenslager, 32, was pronounced dead by Deputy Coroner Rachel Tallarico at the accident scene in the 1400 block of Beverly Hills Road, according to a media release from the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office and Forensics Center.
The cause of death was determined to be multiple traumatic injuries and the manner of death was ruled an accident by coroner’s office officials.
According to a media release from Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville, Loudenslager was ejected from his vehicle after striking a tree and telephone pole in the crash.
The accident happened at approximately 7:20 p.m.
The Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office also assisted in the investigation of the crash.
Two residents of Autumn Ridge Road, Lower Macungie Township, reported multiple attempts to open credit cards using their personal information Oct. 7.
An 18-year-old female, of Breinigsville, allegedly grabbed and scratched the left forearm of an 81-year-old female at a location along Alburtis Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:04 p.m. Oct. 14, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A witness heard the older female scream and saw the younger woman leaving the area. The older woman’s arm showed open wounds and was bruised, according to police.
Amy Lynn Szankovics, 40, of Wescosville, allegedly under rang miscellaneous items including clothing, food, hygiene, bathroom and household items, with a total value of $215.76, at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 1:27 p.m. Oct. 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 43-year-old female, of Allentown, was arrested for retail theft after she allegedly was observed altering price tags on various food items with a total value of $83.27 at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 10:51 a.m. Sept. 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 26-year-old female, of Walnutport, was charged with retail theft after she allegedly failed to scan various items at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 12:26 p.m. Aug. 31, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Two males allegedly attempted to remove one 55-inch television, two bundles of rope or clothesline and one pocket knife from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:03 p.m. Sept. 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The men fled the area in a gray Honda Accord after they were confronted by loss prevention personnel. Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville were dispatched to Kohl’s department store, 6900 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, after a male suspect removed a leather wallet, valued at $32, Sept. 10.
Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville responded to Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Aug. 29 after one male suspect and one female suspect each obtained a shopping cart and selected multiple items from the store. The male suspect left the store with $622.24 worth of merchandise. The female suspect abandoned her cart, which contained $421.41 worth of merchandise, when approached by store employees. Both suspects fled the scene in a green Acura sedan, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 20-year-old female, of Allentown, was taken into custody for retail theft after she allegedly removed $155.91 in merchandise, including jewelry and a pink wallet, from Target, 749 N. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 6:26 p.m. Sept. 28. The woman also allegedly was found to be in possession of prescription medication that did not belong to her, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 27-year-old female, of Kutztown, was taken into custody for retail theft after she allegedly attempted to remove $86.29 worth of merchandise, including baby food and baby bottles, from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 9:41 a.m. Sept. 30.
A 49-year-old female, of Allentown, was arrested for retail theft after she allegedly failed to pay for $144.07 worth of merchandise when using a self-checkout terminal at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4:05 p.m. Oct. 10.
A 35-year-old female, of Allentown, allegedly under rang $95.93 worth of merchandise, including food and laundry detergent, at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 7:36 p.m. Aug. 15.
Alexander Ramos-Claudio, 36 and Doryivette Torres-DeJesus, 26, both of Allentown, were stopped by police after they allegedly attempted to remove $489.69 worth of merchandise from Old Navy, 833 N. Krocks Road, Suite #105, Lower Macungie Township, Oct. 11, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
