A suspicious female in the 1200 block of Newport Avenue was reported.
In the 500 block of East Fifth Street and the 500 block of East Ninth Street, officers conducted traffic stops.

A suspicious vehicle in the 1700 block of Main Street was reported.

Police investigated a hit and run in the 500 block of Main Street. The report said a utility pole was struck. Several car parts, including a mirror and body panel, from a black Kia were left at the scene.
