Christine Kim, MD, board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Gynecologic Oncology, has joined the staff at the Dale and Francis Hughes Cancer Center at Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH) - Pocono, East Stroudsburg, and at the Cancer Center at Lehigh Valley Hospital (LVH) - Muhlenberg, Bethlehem.

Kim is joining Martin Martino, MD, and M. Bijoy Thomas, MD, with LVPG Gynecologic Oncology. Kim specializes in robotic surgery and treatment of cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, vaginal cancer, vulvar cancer, uterine cancer, benign gynecologic conditions and endometriosis.

Kim received a medical school degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook School of Medicine. She did her residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Montefiore Medical Center, Bronx, N.Y. Kim completed her Gynecologic Oncology Fellowship at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center, New York, N.Y.

“I believe that educating my patients about their medical diagnoses and conditions is an essential component of helping them heal,” Kim said. “My goal is to provide excellent evidence-based, compassionate care to each patient as if they were my own family member or me.”
