The Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit will host an All Saints Requiem 4 p.m. Nov. 3 to celebrate the lives of deceased community members. Under the direction of Sharon MacCabe, the church’s music director, the Festival Choir and Orchestra will perform Dr. Mack Wilberg’s Requiem and his “Amazing Grace” arrangement.

Included in the program will be the song “Eternal Father, Strong to Save” arranged by Dr. Dan Forrest, which will be dedicated to the memory of Dr. George Kirchner, who was a dentist, humanitarian, Allentown Band member and member of the church where he shared his musical talents by singing in the adult choir and playing the trumpet during worship sevices.
