Stephen Mosella, 50, of Allentown, allegedly was found to be driving while under the influence when involved in a one vehicle hit and run accident in the 6100 block of Sauerkraut Lane, Lower Macungie Township, Sept. 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Lisa Corinne Koch, 57, of Allentown, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop at the intersection of East Main and South Lea streets, Macungie borough, 10:32 p.m. Sept. 20, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Alfred Robert Parry, 56, of Macungie, allegedly was found to be driving while under the influence after a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Chestnut Street, in Emmaus borough, 11:31 p.m. Oct. 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Christopher Michael Chorney, 44, of Macungie, allegedly struck another person in the face, causing swelling and bleeding around the person’s eye, in an incident in the 2000 block of Strathmore Drive, Lower Macungie Township, Sept. 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A 45-year-old female, also of Macungie, was cited for alleged harassment in the same incident.
Briana Shanice Garrett, 25, of Breinigsville, allegedly made several fraudulent transactions totaling $1,670.95 between June 3 and July 22 at Dries Do It Center, 3580 Brookside Road, Lower Macungie Township, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Two unidentified female suspects entered CVS, 958 S. Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:15 p.m. Sept. 19 and concealed XYZAL allergy medication with a total value of $122.37. A store manager observed one of the females remove the medication and conceal it in clothing, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. April Stevie Kaslov, 20, of Allentown, was placed under arrest for allegedly failing to scan 54 miscellaneous items with a total value of $258.65 at a self-checkout terminal at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 3:17 p.m. Sept. 3, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
Marisel Santell Alicea, 41, of Allentown, allegedly under rang miscellaneous clothing, bathroom and household items, including men’s crew shirts, bathroom rugs, a bathroom towel, bedroom sheets, a frying pan, eggs and other items, with a total value of $158.75, at Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Sept. 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
A 47-year-old woman, of Bethlehem, allegedly struck a 43-year-old male, of Allentown, on the back of the leg with a wooden pole at a location on North Hedgerow Drive, Lower Macungie Township, 12:30 a.m. Oct. 6, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
The left head lamp of a 2011 Hyundai Elantra was damaged. The incident was reported in the 1100 block of Pine Grove Circle, Lower Macungie Township, Oct. 2.
Jose Juan Davila, 68, of Allentown, was found to be in possession of marijuana and related paraphernalia after a traffic stop at the intersection of U.S. Route 222 South and North Krocks Road, Lower Macungie Township, 2:56 p.m. Oct. 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
