First Presbyterian Church of Hokendauqua, 3005 S. Front St., is hosting a glass-etching fundraiser Nov. 24. Serendipity Glassworks, of Bath, will be in the fellowship hall 1-3 p.m.

Participants choose what they would like to personalize and, using the materials provided, decorate their pieces. The artist from Serendipity Glass will etch the pieces and return them to the church for pickup.

Cost depends on the piece(s) chosen but will range from about $10 to $25 per piece. Participants can choose from pint glasses, wineglasses, candle holders and glass Christmas tree ornaments.

The come-and-go event is open to the public. Refreshments will be provided.

The church is raising funds to defray the cost of an electric chair lift to help members gain access to the second-floor sanctuary.

For more information, call the church office at 610-264-9693 or contact the Rev. Christine Kass at RevChristyK@gmail.com.
