An unknown person used a section of fence from a neighboring yard to gain access to a roof at a residence along Daisy Circle, Lower Macungie Township, Aug. 30. The person then entered the residence through a bedroom window and removed $13,000 cash and assorted jewelry. An unknown person removed a black and silver handgun, a silver Lenovo laptop computer and a large quantity of assorted jewelry from a residence along Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, Oct. 2, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A large quantity of assorted Snap-On tools was gathered and left at a garage entrance. Protection from abuse violation

A 40-year-old male, of Wescosville, allegedly violated a protection from abuse order by engaging in conversation through text messages with a person with whom he was not to have contact Aug. 23, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

A 30-year-old male, of Upper Milford Township, allegedly violated a protection from abuse order by contacting another person’s place of employment by telephone Aug. 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Domingo Jr. Zayas Rivera, 25, of Allentown, allegedly assaulted a 21-year-old person, of Allentown, in a physical altercation inside a moving vehicle along Kings Highway South and Janes Lane, Lower Milford Township, Aug. 29, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Police found the 21-year-old sustained injuries consistent with information provided to police by a witness to the incident.

A 17-year-old female, of Emmaus, received various text messages from different phone numbers pertaining to explicit online accounts containing her name and phone number. The teenager did not create the accounts, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 40-year-old male, of Allentown, was cited for harassment after he allegedly sent numerous inappropriate text messages to a recipient while she was at her place of work in the 1000 block of Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, Sept. 1. The male also allegedly contacted the workplace numerous times via telephone after being told to stop. The male refused to speak with police and was uncooperative, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Forgery

A 55-year-old resident of the 6200 block of Shady Drive, Lower Milford Township, reported unauthorized charges, totaling $80.09, to a credit card between Aug. 1 and 4, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A 74-year-old resident of the 4700 block of Steeplechase Drive, Lower Macungie Township, reported a change of address and online account request was submitted via the Social Security Administration website Sept. 30, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
