Richard Eugene Leaper, 31, of Telford, was taken into custody for allegedly driving under the influence after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 Eastbound at mile marker 59.0, Salisbury Township, 12:29 a.m. Aug. 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A search of the vehicle revealed drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamines, according to police.
