SEPT. 11
A traffic citation was issued in the 100 block of Lehigh Street.
In the 600 block of Poplar Street, an animal complaint case was referred to an animal control officer.
A theft that occurred in the 300 block of Mulberry Street is under investigation, the department said.
On Howertown Road, buses were reportedly blocking the street.

A fire occurred at Lehigh Valley International Airport, 3311 Airport Road.
Officers responded to a noise complaint on Circle Drive.
Police assisted Whitehall officers in the 500 block of Jefferson Street.
On Arch Street and in the 1000 block of Howertown Road, police assisted North Catasauqua officers.
An abandoned vehicle was tagged in the 500 block of Pine Street.
A vehicle was towed and a citation issued in the 400 block of Race Street.
Police said an unwanted person in the 100 block of South Front Street was transported to a hospital for evaluation.
In the 700 block of Crane Street, members of the department assisted a citizen who fell.

In the 200 block of Race Street, a vehicle was towed.
During a citizen assist in the 900 block of Lenape Circle, an individual was advised to seek a protection-from-abuse order.
A minor hit and run occurred in the 100 block of Race Street.
An alleged assault in the 200 block of Poplar Street was reported to police.
A problem with a neighbor took place in the 200 block of Church Street.
An animal complaint on Front Street occurred. The dog was reunited with its owner.

In the 400 block of Walnut Street, the owner of a dog was warned.

A kitten was found in the 700 block of Third Street.
Officers assisted North Catasauqua police on Second Street.
A dispute between a mother and daughter occurred in the 600 block of South 14th Street.
Julian Navarro, 36, of Allentown, was arrested in the 100 block of 11th Street for simple assault and physical harassment and contact, among other charges.
Makis Wilson, 34, of Allentown, was arrested on Railroad Street for theft by unlawful taking and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, among other charges.
A report of an issue with a juvenile at Innovative Arts Academy Charter School, 330 Howertown Road, brought out police.
A kitten was found in the 700 block of Third Street.
Fireworks in the 300 block of Faith Drive were reported. The investigation is continuing.

Police sought vehicle repossession information in the 200 block of Union Street.
On Second Street, officers assisted North Catasauqua police.

A reckless driver in the 200 block of Race Street was investigated. A child was not in a safety seat.
In the 100 block of South 11th Street, a person was talking loudly on a phone. Police investigated the noise complaint.
A criminal mischief case in the 200 block of Railroad Street was referred to youth officers.
A problem with a former resident in the 200 block of Front Street was reported.
SEPT. 20
Traffic citations were issued in the 200 block of Race Street; at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St.; and in the 500 block of American Street.
An animal complaint in the 500 block of Race Street was referred to an animal control officer.
A reportable motor vehicle accident occurred on Pine Street.
Music was turned down and the resident warned when officers investigated a noise complaint in the 900 block of Lenape Circle.
A motor vehicle accident involving a DUI took place on Second Street. A 57-year-old, of Allentown, was arrested.
