Boy Scout Troop 93 is planning a spaghetti dinner 4-7 p.m. Oct. 5 at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ, 105 E. 19th St.

There is a cost. Children ages 6 and under eat for free. Drinks, salad and ice cream are included.

Northampton AARP Chapter 3915 will meet Oct. 9 at Northampton Banquet and Event Center, 1601 Laubach Ave. Doors open 11 a.m.

Grace United Church of Christ, 902 Lincoln Ave., will hold a halupki dinner 5-7 p.m. Oct. 12.

The meal includes two halupkies, mashed potatoes, roll and butter, a cupcake and a beverage. Takeouts are available.

A service of remembrance and healing, marking October as Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, will be held 2 p.m. Oct. 20 in the parlor at St. Paul’s UCC.

Those who have lost young children after birth are also welcome to attend. Refreshments will follow the service.

The Northampton Area Food Bank is sponsoring a Halloween walkathon Oct. 26.

Registration will take place 8:30 a.m. at the food bank, 1601 Canal St.

The walk, approximately 4.5 miles, will begin 9 a.m. Walkers are encouraged to collect pledges to support the food bank.
