A Razor scooter was found in the Williams Street Park Aug. 29. The scooter is being held at the Emmaus Police Department headquarters, 400 Jubilee St.

Ophelia Anne Nemeth, 36, of Emmaus, was arrested July 31 for allegedly driving under the influence, careless driving and a red light violation in the 1000 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. Nemeth was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

Thomas Wesley George, 68, of Allentown, was arrested Aug. 15 for allegedly driving under the influence, driving while under suspension and driving on roadway laned for traffic in the 600 block of Chestnut Street, according to Emmaus police. George was transported to the Lehigh County DUI Center.

A person entered Weis Markets, 1220 Chestnut St., on two occasions and removed items totaling $1,026.72. The incident was reported Aug. 16.
