September is senior month at the Parkland Library.
The first program or introduction to this special senior month was an ice cream social on Sept. 3.
Check the September library schedule and find many appealing programs including: Preparing for Home and Life Transitions, from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Sept. 20, the topic presented will be The Joyful Managed Move.
There will also be a contest with a prize for a lucky senior of two tickets to see the Best of Broadway at Miller Hall on Oct. 12.
Just attend any senior program this month or stop by on a Saturday to enter.
The final program is a senior concert 4:30-6 p.m. Sept. 30 given by Russ Rentler at the South Whitehall Township Building.
