Louis Angel Moreno, 36, of Forrest Hills, N.Y., allegedly was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop on Interstate 78 East 2:12 a.m. July 29, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Moreno allegedly was the front seat passenger in the vehicle at the time of the traffic stop, according to police.
